Travel From Tegel Airport to Berlin Schoenefeld Airport
I am arriving in Belin via Tegel airport, I will be flying to Italy out of the Berlin Schoenefeld. Is there public transportation that would service the two airports?

There is no scheduled public transport that does the inter-airport journey directly. The quickest route not using a taxi or pre-booked shuttle is to get the TXL express bus service to Berlin Hauptbahnhof station and then a train to Schoenefeld station (the Regional Express train, on which Berlin city transport tickets are valid for this route, NOT the S-Bahn).
Can you recommend a shuttle service that would service both airports? Would like to check out the prices. Thank you.

As pointed out above, you have to get to Berlin Hauptbahnhof first. What serves as a shuttle is the Regional Bahn "Airport Express Schönefeld" train in big white letters behind a red background. That's the most direct way.
From Berlin Hbf. you can take the S-Bahn to Schönefeld, the S-3 Direction: Eckner, but you have change at "Ostkreuz" station for Schönefeld.
