Dubrovnik to Venice or Florence?
Any suggestions for travel ideas (ways) from Dubrovnik to Italy?

Unless you fly it's not going to be easy. You can fly Croatia airlines to Rome or Venice (seasonal). EasyJet file to Rome or Milan. From those airports you proceed by train to your destination.
Any other option is very long and time consuming. There is also a ferry to Bari and a bus to Trieste. That's way too long for my taste.
