Edinburgh B and B or hotel
We will be arriving in Edinburgh by train on May 28 and staying for a few days. Looking for a nice B and B or hotel that is centrally located. Thanks!

I've stayed at The Parliament House hotel and was quite pleased. It's only a 5 minute walk from the train station
Hello Josey, after much searching I found Elder York Guest House, We have not stayed there yet, our trip is not until fall, but the reviews looked good. It says it's only about a 5 min walk from Waverly Station. Hope this helps. :)
Last year, we stayed at No. 53 Frederick Street. It was a very pleasant location, the staff was helpful, and our room was large. The breakfast, served in the restaurant below the B&B, was very good.
Last summer I stayed at Kirklea Guest House http://www.kirklea-guest-house.co.uk/edinburgh.html and enjoyed it. Clean, good food, quiet. I walked everywhere except when I arrived and left with my luggage, though it was a bit of a hike from the other end of the Royal Mile. There's a map on the website so you can see.
