ServiCaixa

Is Servicaixa the same as Ticketmaster? When I log onto www.servicaixa.com I cannot get an English translation. What am I doing wrong? I see the words Ticketmaster on the site......is it the same as Ticketmaster?

It should say ticketmaster.es. Are you trying to buy Alhambra tickets? That is the right place.

Sagrada Familia is on ticketmaster.es as well.

We bought the entry and audio guide, but the line to pick up audio guides was so long we skipped that. Make sure to find the correct line for entry with a pre-purchased ticket. When you get to the entry booth, they will offer you a time and ticket for the elevator if you want to do that.

When you get to Spain, you should be able to go to any ServiCaixa ATM and print out your tickets, using the credit card you bought them with. It worked for me with Alhambra tickets.
