Buckingham Palace tour-buying tickets

We plan to be in London in September and would like to visit Buckingham Palace. Do we buy tics in advance or wait until we get to London? Day or evening tour-is the price the same? Are tours available every day of the week and does anyone have website info? Thank you for any help!

You need to book your tickets as soon as you can - these tickets can go quickly. It is a wonderful tour!

My only tip is they expect punctuality and the entrance time is enforced. We got stuck in the crowd gathering for the changing of the guard and even though we were only 5 min.off we almost didn't get in.
