bringing our GPS are all adapters the same in European cars
Good Morning. We have a Garmin GPS that has international maps and intend to bring it with us this summer on our trip to Europe. Our question is whether the cigarette lighter in our rental car (which we will be picking up in Amsterdam from Hertz) will allow us to plug in our GPS for power to charge the GPS? I know European electrical outlets are different, so I was wondering about the outlet in European cars? Thank you for any responses.

Notice all of the imported European cars that come into the US. They do not take time to change the electrical outlets in cars or electrical systems. They are all the same.
