back in july i purchased 2 rt tickets on tgv from paris to lyon. not having our travel plans 100% confirmed, i took the options of cancellation insurance. subsequently, cancelled my tickets...now i'm seeking the refund. i visited a sncf office in france, they told me i had to do it online. unfortunatly, sncf website isn't easy to navigate when you don't speak french. any advice?
