Tour Survey: Why Us?
A few weeks ago we set up an online survey to see why people had signed up for our 2004 tours (different from our post-tour surveys, which ask about people's tour experiences).
We're thrilled with the response: within a week, more than 60% of this year's tour members had completed the survey. Here's what we've learned…
78% did not consider traveling with a different tour company (22% shopped around).
83% had no suggestions for improving our pre-trip sales and service (17% did).
66% are first-time customers (34% are repeat tour alums).
58% feel our prices are average (28% higher than average, 14% lower).
