Dear Traveler,
I've just enjoyed my best St. Patrick's Day ever...as the Grand Marshal of Seattle's annual parade (should I have told them I was Norwegian?). During the happy festivities, two things kept coming to mind: first, the lively impact that such a tiny country can have on our world; and second, how hometown cultural celebrations like this give us a tantalizing taste of what it's like to travel to the source.
That's where we come in. Whether you're looking forward to discovering Europe in the off-season (with none of the crowds) or as a summer family expedition (full of sunshine and lifetime memories), we know you'll come home with a deeper enthusiasm for the richness of Europe's many thriving cultures.
