The fun thing about working here is that we're just one big support group of travel addicts. We personally trek to places mentioned in our guidebooks, beat the heck out of our products — and we love listening to customers who do the same. So it's inevitable that we find better ways to design things, and we pass those improvements on to you as quickly as we can.
