One day in Rothenburg, Rick, are you kidding?
|"I was happy to have had that experience and to be able to see where I lived in another life."|
I'm disappointed that you say to stay in Rothenburg, Germany for only one day. I'm the type of person that would like to explore every corner and crevice in that town before we start to leave. I think that you should keep in mind also what KIDS are thinking, because adults aren't your only audience. There are families out there trying to go to Germany, too. However, I'm satisfied that you recommended Rothenburg because I was happy to have had that experience and to be able to see where I lived in another life. So there was good and bad in your article.
Some of the souvenirs I got were: A fairy snow globe, a letter opener/dagger, a teddy bear dressed up like an elephant keychain, a mini ceramic version of the community house, and some postcards for my dad who was still in Evanston, IL (where I live).
Some of the places we went to were: some souvenir shops, some bakeries, the giant church, some restaurants, usual vacation stuff.
Thank you/danka for reading this letter!
Helen, age 9
