In his latest public television special, Rick Steves takes you on a two-hour journey through castles, half-timbered villages and dramatic alps in Germany and Switzerland. From cruising the mighty Rhine to paddling down the sleepy Mosel, you'll visit Rick's favorite castle. In Munich, you'll sample the beerhall delights and actually do some surfing. Then Rick will take you to the Alps, where high in Switzerland you'll get to know a village where almost everyone has the same last name. And for a thin-air finale, Rick takes you on a lift as high as you can get in Europe — to the top of the mighty Jungfraujoch.
