Rick Steves' Europe Outtakes: The Bloopers
Our TV production crew spends six days in Europe to produce one of our 30-minute PBS episodes. One reason it takes so darn long is Rick's screw-ups. Now that our new shows are airing all over the USA, we've decided to open the embarrassment vault and share a collection of Rick's flubs and a bunch of clips that for various reasons we figured weren't quite right for PBS prime time. Among other things, you'll learn that in Prague beerhalls you'll meet three kinds of drunks: the reader, the bobsledder, and the dentist.
