- Michela Tartaglia first released her book "An Apple a Day" in Italy under the title "Una Mela Al Giorno." She's the chef and owner of the Pasta Casalinga restaurant at Seattle's Pike Place Market, and she's also authored a cookbook called "Pasta for All Seasons."
