ELCA Church Property Resource Hub

Many congregations face complex decisions about shrinking attendance, aging buildings, changing needs, and the future of their property but few have access to the expertise needed to navigate them. We funded a 3-year project to create the Property Resource Hub that provides free resources to help congregations across the country steward the real estate they own and find creative ways to help churches meet the challenge so their properties serve their communities for generations to come.
