February 9: Cornwall with Helen Kachellek

6:00 p.m. PT / 9:00 p.m. ET | REGISTER

Set on a rugged peninsula at the southwest tip of England, Cornwall is classically Celtic. This wild and uncultivated landscape — sprinkled with evocative ruins and quaint seaside villages — has an edge-of-the-world feel, and British guide Helen Kachellek takes us on a thrilling tour of Cornwall's best. We explore Tintagel Castle, the legendary birthplace of King Arthur, and (when the tide goes out) cross the causeway to the dramatic rock island of St. Michael's Mount. After refueling with a Cornish pasty, we dive deep into Cornwall's tin-mining heritage (dating back to biblical times) and salty tales of fishermen and pirates.

February 16: Milan, the Dolomites & Verona: A Cultural Companion to the 2026 Olympic Games

6:00 p.m. PT / 9:00 p.m. ET | REGISTER

With the Milano Cortina Olympics drawing the world's attention, the Monday Night Travel team turns the spotlight on the often overlooked Northern Italian cultures hosting the Games — from hardworking, style-conscious Milan to the dramatic, Austrian-infused Dolomites and, of course, fair Verona. After touring the world's preeminent opera house in Milan, dancing with a folk band in Kastelruth, frolicking through Europe's largest alpine meadow, and strolling the fresco-lined market square in Verona, we find that Northern Italy offers even more thrills than a snowboarding halfpipe final!

Crete with Apostolos Douras

This event was recorded on January 26, 2026.

Dubbed the birthplace of Zeus, Crete is suitably stacked with superlatives — it's the largest island in the Greek archipelago, produces the country's finest olive oil, and boasts the most spectacular scenery anywhere in Greece. With the help of Greek guide Apostolos Douras, we dive into these distinctly Cretan delights, from a thrilling hike through the Samaria Gorge (the longest in Europe) to splashing in the bathtub-warm, crystal-clear waters of the Libyan Sea. Along the way, we plunder Crete's many treasures: a 4,000-year-old Minoan palace, Venetian harbors, and Ottoman mosques.
