On the next Travel with Rick Steves, journalist Oneika [ oh_NEE_kah ] Raymond tells us her ten favorite countries to visit, as a solo black woman traveler.

The head of nonprofit Bread for the World updates us on how progress at eliminating hunger and extreme poverty, at home and abroad, has been stymied by the recent dismantling of U-S Aid relief services.

And a pair of tour guides from Poland recommend a week's itinerary for enjoying their country's dynamic cities, gentle countryside, and rugged Baltic coast.
